Description

Nanophysics is a physics and natural sciences subject dealing with innovative approaches in information and communication engineering and medicine and with novel and resources-saving materials and multifunctional components. The master’s programme “Nanophysics” consists of the compulsory subjects Experimental basics of nanophysics and theoretical basics of nanophysics. The elective subject catalogues include nuclear and nano optics, nano analytics, nanoelectronics, nanomaterials, surface nanotechnology, theory and modelling as well as soft skills. A master's thesis must be written to complete the programme.
