Description

The degree programme “Material and Energetic Exploitation of Renewable Raw Materials (NAWARO) (DDP)” focuses on scientific, technological and economic qualifications for material and energetic exploitation of renewable raw materials from agriculture and forestry. To guarantee an education that is as sound as possible there are many compulsory modules to be studied (chemistry and biology of NAWAROs, post-harvest technologies, material / energetic use, economy, etc.). Specific compulsory elective modules offer students the possibility to specialise individually in different areas. The student’s master’s thesis is supervised by the university lecturer who suggested the topic. The master’s examination consists of the successful completion of all required subjects and a public defence of the master’s thesis before a commission.
