Description

Students will receive a comprehensive energy sciences-related education in the area of energy engineering. The master’s programme focuses on the areas of energy management, energy engineering, digitalisation and the post-carbon society. The master’s programme lasts four semesters and includes the following subjects: biomass raw material studies & logistics, applied mathematics, advanced energy law, leadership and team skills, basics of innovation management, applied thermic energy engineering, B2B marketing (1st semester); applied electrical engineering, wind energy plant engineering, applied energy management, market intelligence energy management (2nd semester); photovoltaics plant engineering, current topics of energy engineering, sales management, rapid prototyping, environmental accounting, methods study (3rd semester); diploma students seminar, master’s thesis (4th semester). Students can gain intercultural skills in semesters abroad and study trips. Students have to write a master’s thesis.

Access Requirements

Zugangsvoraussetzungen: Bachelor- oder Diplomabschluss im Umfang von mindestens 180 ECTS oder gleichwertiger postsekundärer Bildungsabschluss. Voraussetzung sind mindestens 20 ECTS in naturwissenschaftlichen/technischen Fächern. Fehlende ECTS können am Campus Wieselburg in der Summer School nachgeholt werden. Aufnahmeprüfung: Schriftlicher Test und ein anschließendes persönliches Bewerbungsgespräch mit der Studiengangsleitung.
