Description

Graduates will be able to link the acquired management knowledge with knowledge in the areas of entrepreneurship and innovation research as well as business takeover for a systematic and sustainable management (middle / higher management positons) of small and medium enterprises, to start their own business or take over the family business / an external business and run it in a sustainable way. Students have to attend courses in the following areas: 1st semester: Entrepreneurial spirit Idea development (development and evaluation of ideas / marketing and sales) Communication skills External accounting Taxes and dues Law related to foundation of enterprises and company succession Quantitative methods 2nd semester Start-up development (business planning / sales training) Applied management (personal management & leadership) Internal accounting & controlling Finance & financial support Law related to business management Qualitative methods 3rd semester Business takeover – succession – foundation SME development (product development / business development / organisational development) Master’s thesis seminar Master’ thesis (time to write the master’s thesis) 4th semester Overall business responsibility International affairs (foreign trade / Business English) Economics Revision course Master’ thesis (time to write the master’s thesis)
