Description
The focus of the degree programme “Screenplay Writing and Dramaturgy” is on imparting knowledge about screenplay writing and dramaturgy. In the framework of the degree programme practical assignments must be done, namely the writing of screenplays for several short films and one 90-minute film. The degree programme concludes with a master’s thesis consisting of two parts: an artistic-practical assignment (screenplay for a feature-length film) and a written theoretical explanation of it and a written theoretical paper. Moreover, an examination before a committee must be sat, in which the artistic-practical work is presented and an oral question-and-answer session about it takes place.Duration / Workload (ECTS)
