Description
The degree programme in Facility & Real Estate Management covers maintenance, construction, management and evaluation of buildings in the entrepreneurial context. Contents of the programme: 37 % Expertise in Business & Real Estate Management, 21 % Expertise in Technology, 7 % International Skills incl. Study Trip, 35 % Practical Transfer & Master's Thesis. Towards the end of the programme the students have to write a master's thesis. A study period abroad is compulsory.Duration / Workload (ECTS)
