Description
The Mechatronics discipline is based on the classical fields of mechanics, electronics and computer sciences and links them in an interdisciplinary way. of special relevance is the product development of mechatronic systems. The master's programme lasts four semesters and includes the following subjects: Higher mathematics 1, Electronics fundamentals, Embedded systems fundamentals, Finite element method (1st semester); Higher mathematics 2, elective modules 3 of 5: Power drives, Embedded systems, Robotics and control, Reverse engineering, Computational fluid dynamics (2nd semester); directed research seminar, elective modules, electives from the module library (3rd semester); master's thesis, thesis seminar (4th semester). Students have to write a master’s thesis. The programme concludes with a master’s examination.Duration / Workload (ECTS)
