The aim of the course is to impart skills that are needed by executives in the field of sales. The focus is therefore on cross-linked thinking and interdisciplinary solution finding. In addition to technical products and services the focus is on other lines of business in business-to-business markets characterised by multi-stage sales processes. The course consists of three main areas: • Sales and communication techniques • Management of organisations in sales • Leadership in sales Highlights: • Development of sales strategies • Management of sales organisations • Behaviour-oriented training with state-of-the-art technology in the sales laboratory • Strengthening of leadership and coaching competence • Implementation of digital tools in sales processes
